Dinosaurs

I saw an advertisement about a Dinosaur exhibition in a town nearby so we headed there today.  The exhibition was disappointing but it was a good introduction to dinosaurs for Brandon.  The morning seemed to get colder and colder and we weren't that sorry to leave. Brandon has now gotten dinosaurs and drangons muddled up; he thinks dinosaurs breathe fire.

 Our little princess had to be pushed to each dinosaur, she refused to walk the short distance between them (to be fair, it was cold and she is feeling a bit sick)

Frankfurt Zoo

Brandon got 5 'I've been good today' certificates from school and we decided to let him choose what he wanted to do as a special treat.  He said he'd like to go to the zoo; so we made the most of the last of the nice weather and headed to the zoo one sunny Sunday in September.

Fortunately we have a great outdoor pool near us, so in the midst of the German heatwave we had somewhere to cool down.

 Brandon's first pony ride.  The pony was named Prince.  B wasn't too sure about things at first but he warmed up to end at the end.
