Anglerpark

Thursday was a public holiday so we decided to go to Anglerpark.  It had a lovely dam, some farm animals and a beer garden with a great playground.  We had walk around to see the animals and watched a little goat escape from his yard and follow us in search of food.  We then had some food at the beer garden while Brandon played.  It was a great place and we'll definitely return.

The Farmyard

One day while we were enjoying an afternoon at the beer garden and woman started chatting to us and told us about a little petting farm very close to our house.  So last weekend we got onto our bicycles and went to find the farm.  It was very cute, they had rabbits, horses and sheep and a playground for the kids.  As usual, Brandon had a great afternoon.

It was an exhausting afternoon for Teah and she's out for the count in a very awkward position.

Bath Time

Brandon was cooking dinner in the bath, his speciality dish is chips in a cup!  Here he's busy cooking the chips.

That's his kitchen, the watering can is a great kettle.

Teah started solids at 4 months, she is now loving her food and she eats an enormous lunch and dinner for such a little thing.  She's not so keen on solids at breakfast time but she's getting better.  She eats both mommy's home-cooked food and food from the jar (it's convenient when going out).  Germany has an amazing array of baby foods so it's so much easier to buy than in Korea.  She loves anything with carrots.  She's now eating carrots, beans, potatoes, zuccini, pears and apples.  In Germany they start them on meat at 4 months but I've only given her the jarred food versions of meat so she eats bolognaise meals, turkey, rice and vegetable meals and  a few other combinations of bottled meals.



Yes, just like my big brother I like to smear my food over my face!

My First Tooth

Teah got her first tooth today.  I noticed a little white line poking out of her gum and there it was, the sharp, little first tooth.  We've been expecting it since she's been drooling excessively recently and absolutely everything finds its way to her mouth to get chewed.
